Police today arrested a Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist and seized terror fund worth Rs 20,000 from his possession which he was going to deliver to outfit’s district commander Qari Zubair in Khari area of Banihal in Ramban district.
Unlike all the other terrorist organizations engaged in the killings in Kashmir that recruit their cadres from pakistan, Afghanistan & other Islamic countries, the HM's source of recruitment are mostly the brainwashed radicalized local Kashmiri youth hell-bent upon establishing an Taliban-like state in Kashmir.
